What are you going to do?

As a Corporate Recruiter you will search for the right candidate for our vacancies. Online, by telephone, face-to-face at colleges; you know at any time which channels are best to use for recruitment. You look beyond a CV and enter into conversations with professionals. You like to delve deeper into our organization, products and services so that you can present TKH Security in the best possible way to potential new colleagues. You are concerned with:

  • Making vacancies;
  • Approaching and screening potential candidates;
  • Visits to colleges and job fairs;
  • Maintain and expand your network;
  • Administrative work surrounding the commencement of employment;
  • Consult with involved internal staff such as vacancy holders and HR;
  • Contribute to our employer branding;
  • The recruitment process.

With over 25 years of experience and by focusing on customer needs, we offer innovative complete solutions for security management, video surveillance, parking management, parking guidance systems and asset & site management.

Who are you?

  • You have very strong communication skills (both in Dutch and English);
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious and motivated;
  • You get energy from sourcing the perfect candidate;
  • You preferably have an affinity with technology and ICT;
  • You have an HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have 2+ years of work experience;
  • You live in (the vicinity of) Zoetermeer;
  • You are available 32 to 40 hours a week.
