Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator

With your focus on data analysis, you will add value to our international organization. You are a strong communicator, making it easy to bridge the gap between business and IT. You also provide all stakeholders with the information they need. You get energy from improving internal processes and helping colleagues with the necessary dashboards. The position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator is positioned in the Netherlands, and you will work together with colleagues on an international level.

What are you going to do?

• Manage and create dashboard reports (PowerBI) for various stakeholders.
• Analyze data in the CRM & ERP system.
• Manage and update data in the CRM system based on analyses.
• Preparing variance analyses of organizational performance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Manage and develop (back-end) workflows in the CRM system.
• Support the global CRM and ERP systems.

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed a degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration (or similar);
• You have demonstrable experience with BI tools, preferably PowerBI;
• You have knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• You have experience with Microsoft Power Automate;
• You preferably have experience with REST API’s;
• You preferably have experience with JavaScript;
• You have excellent documentation and communication skills in Dutch and English.
