To help reduce stress, eliminate unnecessary delays, and improve access to care, The Ottawa Hospital has selected TKH Security’s Park Assist Solution, an automated parking guidance system (APGS), to be installed in one of its parking facilities ensuring patients, visitors, and staff can find parking quickly and confidently.

The Park Assist system will be installed in a five-floor, 2,908-space covered parking garage, delivering real-time visibility and streamlined traffic flow through the facility.

At the core of the installation is the Park Assist Solution’s M5 smart sensor, a HD camera-based solution engineered to reduce time spent searching for parking by up to 63%. Each M5 sensor uses dual CMOS digital cameras to monitor multiple spaces simultaneously, providing greater than 99% accuracy and real-time visibility across the garage. Customizable RGB LED indicators mounted above each space clearly communicate availability, guiding drivers directly to open spots and minimizing congestion within the facility.
