What will you do as a Quality Assurance Engineer?
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at TKH Security, you will report to the R&D Manager and work within the R&D department. You will be part of an agile development team and play a crucial role during the development lifecycle by ensuring that products meet certain quality and acceptance standards. This also means coordinating with QA Engineers from other teams to ensure that the integrated suite operates reliably. The R&D department is responsible for developing and improving products that meet high standards and add value for our customers.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing test reports for stakeholders.
- Setting up or arranging test setups that reflect real customer solutions.
- Increasing quality awareness through dynamic presentations, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Providing second-line support for our support helpdesk and strategic projects.
- Monitoring risk management procedures, maintaining problem logs, and reporting issues to managers and product developers.
Your profile as a Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for a QA Engineer who:
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, such as Test Engineer or Quality Assurance Engineer;
- Has an HBO level of working and thinking;
- Speaks and writes English well;
- Can maintain an overview;
- Is able to work at our office.
