What are you going to do?

As a Management Assistant at TKH Security you are the right hand of the management and you make things run smoothly within the company. You are an important point of contact and you play a crucial coordinating role within the organization. You are responsible for efficiently managing and organizing the agendas of the management and for the planning of international business trips. You support with preparation of meetings, presentations, reports and other communication and documentation. You receive external visitors, organize and supervise internal and external events.

On a daily basis you are busy with:

Relieving the management:

  • Management support activities for the board, such as agenda management, e-mail, planning international trips, preparation of meetings, drawing up reports, presentations and documentation;
  • You are the management's point of contact for colleagues as well as external contacts;
  • You provide various internal and external communications;
  • Welcoming (external) visitors;

And also with:

  • Management and guidance of facility team. The team ensures that our guests experience a pleasant visit and that our colleagues in the facility area are supported to do their work;
  • Organizing and supervising internal and external events;

You are a star at organizing your own work and provide punctual follow-up to outstanding points until they are completed!

Who are we looking for?

  • You preferably studied at Hotelschool The Hague or followed a management support course (for example Schoevers);
  • You have an HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have approximately 3 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Secretary;
  • You have strong communication skills and are well versed in administration;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
  • You can handle sensitive information extremely professionally;
  • You know how to tackle things and are extremely good at organizing;
  • You know how to separate main and secondary issues and are good at setting priorities;
  • You live in Zoetermeer or the surrounding area;
  • You are available 40 hours a week.
