Service Technician

What are you going to do?

As a Service Technician at TKH Security, you will be responsible for supporting our system integrators in carrying out preventive and corrective software maintenance and software updates, including logging.

You will support our system integrators nationwide in the course of installation, configuration and commissioning of our security solutions at their end customers. You will provide support over the phone, remotely and on-site. In the course of your activities at the customer's site, you will pass on your know-how to the customer in the best possible way.

Fault analysis and troubleshooting are also part of your job.

Who are you?

• You have completed technical education, e.g. specialized in information and telecommunications technology or IT systems electronics technology
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with security management systems such as access control or video surveillance is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and affinity for cloud-based security technology solutions.
• You want to work in a modern and global working environment, with the option of working from home.
• Very good communication skills, written and spoken German and English.
• You have a class B or 3 driving license
• Ideally you live in the Rhine/Main area
