Training Sessions

TKH Security offers specialized training sessions for its solutions in both English and Dutch. These sessions are designed to educate partners and technicians in the technical details of our software and products. It is our goal to continuously give the best trainings to stay up-to-date with our products.

Training sessions are available for iProtect and VDG Sense in various levels, from beginner to expert. These sessions are scheduled for one or two days, with a minimum of four persons for each day. The costs of a one day training session are € 180,00 per person. A two days training session costs € 325,00 per person. Please contact us for special partner rates. After each training session participants will receive a certification of their level of expertise, confirming that they have taken part in a TKH Security training session and are certified to a certain degree of expertise.

iProtect Basic (2-day training session)

Day 1
An instructive training course about the build-up of the installation, assembly, and positioning of the hardware. In addition, the connection standards are dealt with for the assembly, network settings and testing of the installation.

Day 2

During this day you basically learn the build-up and connection of an installation. We will deal with the network settings and learn how to create persons and cards. Finally, we will explain how you can find faults and can view latest events.

iProtect Advanced (1-day training session)

After a brief introduction we will focus on the build-up of the installation in iProtect, the procedures, logical expressions, and functionalities such as Alarm Clock and KeyMap. Finally, instructions will be given on how to create persons, cards, and access profiles.

VDG Sense Basic (2-day training session)

The objective of this training is to learn installers how they can use, install and configurate VDG Sense. During this training, we focus on practical experience. The training day starts at 9.30 am and ends and 4 pm. On day 2 we will start on 9 am, depending on the requirements, 3 pm. At this time, we will hand out the certificates and there is time for a photo opportunity and drinks.

  • Demonstration VDG Sense by using a demo configurator (operator functionalities)
  • Practical exercises

Day 2

  • Welcome
  • Technical presentation
  • Practical exercises (sequel)
  • Theory test
  • Practical test (explanation on what the configuration should look like)
  • Discuss the results of both tests
  • Handing out certificates, photo opportunity and drinks

VDG Sense Advanced (2-day training session)

The objective of this training is to learn installers how they can use the advanced functionalities of VDG Sense and how they can translate questions from customers to a VDG Sense solution. During this training, we focus on practical experience. The training day starts at 9.30 am and ends and 4 pm. On day 2 we will start on 9 am, depending on the requirements, 3 pm. At this time, we will hand out the certificates and there is time for a photo opportunity and drinks.

  • Fix a malfunctioning configuration
  • Demonstration multi-server environment and user management
  • Demonstration multi-monitor, videowall and decoder
  • Independent hands-on
  • License plate recognition and motion detection
  • Object detection and presentation

Day 2

  • Welcome and answering remaining questions from day 1
  • Demonstration calendar and to do more with macros
  • Optional modules (depending on requirements of participants)
