Project Manager

What are you going to do?

As a Project Manager, you ensure that the wishes of the customer are realized during the implementation of a project. You do this by providing guidance to the customer, the project specialists and the project engineer. You are responsible for:

• Monitoring the project in terms of cost, time and quality;
• Taking care and realization of additional work in a project;
• Monitoring the good relationship, wishes and requirements of the customer during the implementation of projects;
• Ensuring the presence of the right materials and personnel capacity at the right place and time;
• Handling questions as desired by TKH Security and the customer, for example regarding invoicing;
• Identifying possible problems in the implementation of projects and implementing improvements (continuous improvement);
• Acting as point of contact for the customers regarding the entire project implementation.
• Planning activities for Project Specialists in consultation with the Team Lead Project Specialists
• Carrying out supporting activities for the projects at customers;
• Managing the Project Specialists and the Project Engineer during project activities.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least a completed HBO education in the direction of Electrical Engineering or Project Management;
• You have knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• You have knowledge of and experience with security management systems;
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• You have a great sense of responsibility;
• You are a real team player;
• You think in solutions, not in problems;
• You are flexible and able to keep an overview.
