- Seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID: Eliminating user provisioning by hand, password resets, and managing access rights across multiple systems, saving time and resources.
- Entra ID handles user management, while ATLAS synchronizes and displays security groups in the Web Portal.
- Effortless access management of Contractors for tasks such as cleaning or technical maintenance, even if they are outside of their Entra ID. Access is granted in the Web Portal based on user groups, and with just a few clicks, they can easily assign individual doors and time frames.
- All locks added to ATLAS can be connected to the right user group in a simple way. Admins based on the user group choose which door they should have access to.

Time schedules can be connected to the right user groups so that Administrators can manage when employees access the building based on their ENTRA ID security group.

Decentralized Digital Key Management: TRIPLE employees simply log in to ATLAS with their Microsoft account, download the app, and scan the QR code. The digital key is automatically added to their phone, without the need for facility manager involvement.
Installation

ATLAS Config: After receiving an email invitation, the app was downloaded, the QR code was scanned, and within minutes, the installer was ready to manage lock additions by following the provided steps.

Hassle-Free Setup: The ATLAS Config app ensured optimal time efficiency. After scanning for locks, the installer simply ‘woke them up,’ selected the lock in the app, configured it, clicked, and within a minute, added it to the Web Portal. All locks were successfully installed.
