OCVIBE Selects Park Assist Solution for Landmark $4B Anaheim Development
We’re proud to announce OCVIBE, the highly anticipated $4 billion entertainment district transforming Anaheim, CA ahead of the 2028 Summer Olympics, now features our Park Assist Solution, an automated parking guidance system (APGS). Backed by the owners of the Anaheim Ducks ice hockey team, this sprawling project is revitalizing this area into a world-class destination for dining, culture, sports, and entertainment in Orange County.
As a part of this major development, the OCVIBE team selected the Park Assist Solution in 2024 as its partner to provide smart parking guidance for Decks B, C, and D, ensuring that the tens of thousands of daily visitors have safe, efficient, and sustainable parking options.

Building a Smarter, More Sustainable Destination
With a vision featuring a 5,700-person live music venue, a high-end food hall, expansive parks and green space, residential units, and a renovated Honda Center, OCVIBE will generate significant traffic throughout the district. Parking, therefore, plays a critical role in shaping visitor experience. By integrating smart parking sensors and software solutions, OCVIBE is ensuring that drivers spend less time searching for a space and more time enjoying everything the district has to offer.
This focus on convenience also supports OCVIBE’s broader sustainability goals by reducing vehicle emissions from circling and congestion. Advanced Parking Guidance in Action
Across multiple facilities, this installation includes garages:
- Deck B: Offering 2,980 covered parking spaces across 6 floors,
- Deck C: Offering another 2,980 covered parking spaces across 6 floors,
- and Deck D: Offering 1,785 covered parking spaces across 8 floors
At the core of the installation is the M5 smart-sensor, an advanced, HD camera-based technology that leverages dual CMOS digital cameras to monitor up to six spaces at once, space by space, with occupancy accuracy exceeding 99%. With color-coded LED lighting guiding drivers directly to open spaces, parking time is reduced by up to 63%, minimizing congestion and ensuring a smooth, intuitive arrival experience.
OCVIBE’s system is further enhanced by additional features and add-ons, including:
- INX-Core Software Suite: A robust, cloud-based platform that delivers real-time monitoring and historical analytics, giving operators the insights they need to maximize parking facilities performance.
- Park Finder: Uses license plate recognition (LPR) to help guests quickly locate their vehicle via kiosks, mobile apps, or integrated pay stations.
- Park Alerts: Provides instant notifications for rule enforcement (like detecting vehicles that have overstayed or are parked in reserved spaces) and VIP or watchlist detection, improving safety and compliance.
- Park Surveillance: Captures streaming HD video whenever motion is detected, or continuously, in and between parking spaces, adding an extra layer of security. The video feed can be stored for up to 90 days.
- OPS COMMAND+ API: Ensures seamless integration with OCVIBE’s broader operations and management systems.
