Technical Specialist

What will you do?

As a Technical Specialist at TKH Security, you are responsible for resolving malfunctions, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and updating software, including reporting. You provide telephone and/or on-site support to customers and solve their complex technical issues. With your curiosity, you quickly identify the root cause of a problem. Thanks to your interest in and experience with video management, CCTV and/or access systems, you can easily resolve issues and support our customers in the best possible way.

You schedule service visits based on the agreements (SLA) made with the customer. In short, you are the Technical Specialist our customers can rely on.

Who are we looking for?

As a Technical Specialist, we expect that you:

Have at least 2 years of work experience in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering;
Have an affinity with IT and ICT;
Have experience with video management and/or CCTV (this is a plus);
Hold a valid driving license (category B).
