What will you do as a Content Specialist?

As a Content Specialist at TKH Security, you are a strategic thinker, a storyteller, and a connector between technology and audience. You translate our innovations into content that engages, inspires, and convinces. You'll have the freedom to manage your own projects that directly contribute to our international positioning. As Content Specialist you will be part of our international Marketing team, with colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland and the US.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Spotting trends in the B2B tech world and turning them into actionable content ideas;
• Creating creative and high-quality content for our website, blogs, social media, and other channels;
• Interviewing colleagues and customers to turn their stories into valuable content;
• Contributing ideas for visual elements that enhance your content (no design skills required);
• Optimizing content with a strong focus on SEO and readability;
• Taking ownership of content projects from concept to delivery;
• Collaborating with product managers, marketing, and other teams to strengthen our content strategy;
• Analyzing performance through tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and recommending improvements;
• Providing improvement suggestions to make our content even stronger.

What do we expect from you?

Excited to apply for this role? We’re looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in a similar role as a Content Specialist or Content Manager;
• Has experience in B2B communication, regardless of the industry;
• Has excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills (minimum C2 level);
• Is creative when it comes to content creation;
• Is proactive and curious;
• Has experience with SEO;
• Has an affinity for technology and enjoys working in an international environment.

Assessment

As part of the application process, we ask candidates to submit 3 to 4 examples of B2B-focused content or a relevant portfolio after the first interview.
