Angerlo Vooruit Football Club Chooses Smart and Secure Access Control

The Challenge

Key Management Became Increasingly Complex

Angerlo Vooruit Football Club, founded in 1952, currently has over 550 members and approximately 200 volunteers. Due to the many activities throughout the week, keys were frequently issued to different users. This led to a lack of overview, uncertainty about who was responsible for which key, and additional costs and security risks caused by lost keys.

The Solution

Digital Access Management with ATLAS

To modernize access management, Angerlo Vooruit chose the ATLAS access control system. With this solution, members and volunteers use their own smartphone as a digital key.

Administrators can easily assign access rights via the user-friendly app. Users receive a QR code that grants them access only to designated areas, on predefined days and time slots.

Easy Installation Without Wiring

ATLAS also offered significant advantages for the installer. The wireless locks could be installed quickly and activated through the mobile config app under 30 seconds, without the need for specialized training.

More Security, Control and Efficiency

With the implementation of ATLAS, Angerlo Vooruit now has full insight into who has access to which areas and when they are used. The risk of lost keys has been eliminated, and the club can focus on its fans and football matches.

By adopting digital access control, Angerlo Vooruit is taking an important step toward safer, more efficient, and future-proof facility management.
