Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, officially opened in March 2021, is a premier lifestyle and shopping destination featuring over 280 retail stores. With three indoor car parks and more than 2,500 parking spaces, the mall sought a smart, customer-friendly parking management solution to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Challenge
The mall faced several challenges typical of large retail destinations:
