Working alongside Amstelveen, TKH Security were tasked with the implementation of a set of solutions needed to cover challenges that centered around:

• Providing easy access through mobile that also improves office movement efficiency
• User database management
• Enhancing the Visitor Management procedure whilst reducing administrative overheads
• Onboarding and Offboarding Employees

• Seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID: Eliminating user provisioning by hand, password resets, and managing access rights across multiple systems, saving time and resources.
• Entra ID handles user management, while ATLAS synchronizes and displays security groups in the Web Portal.
• Contractor Management Simplified: ATLAS enables system administrators to efficiently add and oversee contractors using WhatsApp or our Web Portal, setting entry times and designating doors.
• All locks added to ATLAS can be connected to the right user group in a simple way. Admins based on the user group choose which door they should have access to.
• Save time and improve efficiency by eliminating the need to create, distribute, and update cards.

• The Transition to Digital Access: ATLAS revolutionized the approach to office access by transforming mobile phones into virtual access cards.
• App in the Background: Employees can simply unlock their phone to open doors – ATLAS runs in the background saving time searching through Apps.
• Empowered Efficiency with Our Self-Service Portal: Hybrid workers can quickly book workspaces, while ATLAS offers permanent access for user groups, no rebooking needed.
• Effortless Visitor Management: Employees manage visitors via Outlook email invitations, while guests use the ATLAS app for a seamless, badge-free visit.
